Enjoyed the service & food.

The food was great. The drinks, then even the water was questionable! This was few months back, maybe they figured out what the problem was/is. (City water unfilfted?)

Food had no flavor and the meat in my enchiladas taste like dollar store canned meat

Horrible. Had the chicken enchiladas, chicken tasted freezer burned, rice had no flavor and was hard in some places, beans tasted worse than canned, tortillas were old and stale and the hot sauce didnt have much flavor. Then we ask if our additional to go order was ready and they tell me "the food is pre prepped, we just have to heat it up" and when I cancel they tell me it's already made and bagged and I will have to pay for it. Which I disputed. Waitress did a good job, other than that, terrible.

So first, let me say the service was great. I ordered the nachos, which were fire! Salsa, also fire. However, my brother ordered beef enchiladas which were made with ground beef. Upon cutting his enchiladas he noticed uncooked ground beef 😞. If you eat here, just order the nachos, you won’t be disappointed.

Only had One woman working ; poor lady was greeter, waitress, bartender and cashier all in one . I felt for her. Owner needs to give her a bonus and raise

If you want rich white peoples mexican food then go there. If you want the real stuff dont go here.

Customer service was great! Food portion and price... reasonable. This has been my second visit in awhile... yet... they must not have a bartender available for mixed drinks... they do serve Margaritas and beer.

Service was a bit slow and food wasnt prepared well

Went Sunday afternoon 2:30 or so and was seated then. Service was within a few minutes after sitting and continued to be awesome. The food and Rita's were good. We'll make Casa Sol our go to for Mexican food. As we were leaving we told the management we were delighted with our visit and commended our waitress on her awesome service.

Enchiladas were the best Ive had north of the Valley. Salsa meh, tortillas are ok. Order enchiladas!

Bit quiet for a Friday. New waitress OK, but refills slow. Jalepeno chicken was good, but much milder than expected. Our baby loved the beans and rice. He has no complaints.

Service is spotty here depending who you get. Taco salad was bland. Tortillas good. Burrito with cheese, and chili con carne in top was great. Both times I had rice here it hurt my tooth because some rice was not cooked. There are better choices in town if you have time to look around.

I would not give this 1 star but i had two the service was non existent we waited 45 minutes to get our food and asked about it and the said "it coming out" we ordered a enchilada and cheese quesadilla and never got em so we left.

Usually the service is a lot better. They supposedly lost our order. There was only two other couples in there besides my family. How could they have lost my order. Just not the same service. The food still was very good.

We are new to the Seguin area trying out the local restaurants. This gem can be easily missed at night because the restaurant sign lights are out. They are probably losing out on business because of it. Food and drink is great!

I would give them two stars cause service is always wonderful but... they changed food vendors or something cause nothing I've ordered off my favorites from here tastes good anymore, now my son and his dad are sick from food yesterday. I wish it was different this was our favorite place. Sad to say we wont be back

Great service & delicious food! We Ordered the steak well done with ranchero sauce and it was perfection! Will definitely recommend this place to family & friends ❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

Beautiful place and the food was good but some people in our large party had to wait a long time for thier food. So some of us were finished eating when others were just receiving thier food.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. They were open with the sign lit and we went in to get a table. No one was up front when we arrived but there were a few other customers there. Finally a woman walked up and asked how she could help us. I said we wanted to get a table and she told us they weren’t taking customers at that time because they were short staffed.

Favorite Mexican resturaunt in Seguin...

Awful food and took 25 mins for 4 tacos.

The food was delicious, and our server Hilda was super friendly and patient with our large group (13). We will definitely go back.

Waited over a half an hour for Chile Relleno with no batter on it!! Will not be returning!!!

Great food and service

We visited Casa De Sol today for lunch and while the business looks the same from outside and inside it's any thing but when we got our meals. The food was deplorable, cheese on the enchiladas was a bit ransit and the tomateo sauce was horrible. I give this business one star only and that's being nice

Rice and beans had no flavor, tortillas seemed to be store bought, hot sauce had no heat, ground beef tasted like it came from a frozen package. Customer service was good, and the building was clean.. had a nice warm atmosphere.

Love the food and the margaritas are to die for

People give this place way to harsh of a review. They have made traditional items their own. Hot sauce and guacamole are different. Good mix of atmosphere speed and taste. As a chef I can tell you nothing real special as far as spices go in Mexican food usually. Most times it is bland, even interior Mexican flavor. Would not hesitate to come back or recommend my friends and price point is good!

Not bad but pretty run of the mill. First time in town and met up with family in the area. Portions were kinda small, but it was all around OK

Very bland and not authentic. All 4 meals were "so-so", including my cheese enchiladas. Great place to take grandparents who believe that pepper is too spicy 😉. Otherwise, if you're looking for good, authentic food, this isn't your place. Wait staff was okay, and the wait time was minimal.

Cooler was broken, warm beer. No spinach at all. Never got refills once. Margs taste like pure triple sec. Never again.

Service wasn't all that great, and the food was terrible, I had pollo de casa sol which is chicken smothered with mushroom sauce and it was like I was chewing on a rubber chicken beans and rice where cold as well, also lil pricey I mean 6 bucks for a small bowl of cheese dip which wasn't that great either, very very very slow service as well... sorry ta say be my last visit there!!!🤬..
